Exams and Collections
When you have logged in, open your collections/exams in the left-hand navigation bar to choose which collection you want to export data for.
For collections you need to specify which collection and a time frame for attempts, For exams simply click the exam. You will then be able to see a list of all your users, emails, time started/completed, their score as a percentage and a link to that test. Select the attempts you wish to export and then click 'Export Data' to customise your export. As standard we include a full attempt breakdown from participants as well as a question breakdown. Selecting a response breakdown allows you to see the options chosen or the score. You can also specify how much user data you wish to download as well as being able to psuedonymise users
To export all of your assignment results, head to the assignment page in the left-hand navigation bar. Select 'Export all results' in the top-right hand corner to alter your settings for exporting the data.
Include survey HTML files - if this is ticked you will receive an export of each completed survey within the assignment as an HTML file separately to your export.
Include User-uploaded files - if this is ticked you will receive any files users have uploaded themselves as part of the export.
Completed attempts only - When this is ticked you will receive exports for assignments that have been fully completed only.
Completion cut-off - you can change this to export assignments that have been completed within the last 7, 30 or 90 days or choose to export all assignments.
Test Export Format - see the collections section above for an explanation of the options.
