Customise emails which come from your portal
You can access email configuration from the Settings menu in the left hand icon menu.
Sender Name - This will default to your portal name. Please note the actual sender email address will always be email@example.com. It is worth notifying users of this so emails do not go into their spam / junk folders
Header Logo - This will appear at the top of emails to users and admins. It will default to the logo set on the Branding page if left blank
Welcome Email Subject and Body - The subject and body details entered here will be on emails that users receive after registering for the platform

Email Notification Toggles
This page is where you toggle which emails users and Admins receive. You will need to toggle Email Notifications to Enabled to view the different types of email notifications. You can then have some enabled and some not
The Email Notifications tick box will enable / disable all the individual email notifications.
You can also customise the emails that go out to users when they are initially invited to the platform. When entering a users emails or uploading a csv of users, you can use the Message box (see below) to customise what the user see's in the body of the invite email.
